Golf Montanya is a wonderful golf course designed by Dave Thomas, the architect behind the Brabazon course at The Belfry as well as Spanish legends La Manga and San Roque.  The course is set in beautiful Montseny natural park and offers great views of the Pyrenees.
The course is a tricky test and although the front nine isn’t particularly long it requires some good course management and well selected shots – something to be expected from a Dave Thomas design. The back nine is slightly longer and features a number of nice elevation changes. The L’Estanyol brook cuts through this typically parkland course and as such water hazards feature on a number of holes.
