1477 Restaurant – A more refined dining experience but not over formal either. They showcase the very best from local artisan food producers, offering European cuisine with a distinctly Catalan twist. Each dish is designed around one key ingredient – such as wonderfully fresh langoustines from Palamós or perhaps succulent prime aged beef – presented with imagination and flair.  They also help you choose the perfect wine from the generously stocked cellar.

Bars

Lounge Bar – The Lounge Bar boasts a menu of exclusive cocktails innovatively prepared by the master bartenders, as well as a selection of the finest gins, vodkas, brandies, cognacs, tequilas… and of course their enviable list of whiskeys from around the world. They also offer a range of local dishes all made with market ingredients of the very highest quality and typical of the Catalan area, along with an international selection that provides a choice of lighter dining options. All this in addition to classic bar favourites and fresh seafood complemented of course by a unique selection of local and international wines.

Pool Bar – The menu features a delightful selection of international favourites from fresh salads to juicy burgers, delectable sandwiches and of course authentic Catalan specialities by the hotels expert chefs. Fresh fruit cocktails prepared by the experienced barmen, plus a large selection of wine chosen by the sommelier perfectly compliment the cuisine.

Clubhouse – Savour exquisite dishes whilst overlooking the magnificent vistas and enjoying a glass of one of the many high-quality national and imported wines and beers.
